Functional Training Area

This is where flexibility, strength and endurance meet. Our Functional Tower provides you with a full-body workout with extensive training options. In contrast to our training equipment for individual muscle groups, with functional training you train exactly the movement sequences that bring you forward in sports and in everyday life - and that with your own body weight.

People of all ages and ability levels can benefit from Functional Training. Additional equipment can also be used for more variety, such as kettlebells, boulder handles and weight plates. Just ask one of our trainers. We will be happy to help you.
